Covered Repairs and Services

The warranty applies to the following systems and components:



• Air Conditioning, Heating, and Climate Control Systems
• Engine Cooling and Performance Systems
• Emission Control and Fuel Systems
• Electronic Engine Management & On-Board Computer Systems
• Brake Systems
• Starting and Charging Systems
• Electrical and Exhaust Systems
• Ignition, Steering, and Suspension Systems
• Wheel Bearings, CV Joints, Half-Shafts, and Drive Shafts
• Other Minor Repairs

Exclusions:

Repairs and situations not covered by this warranty include:



• Internal Engine Repairs or complete engine replacements
• Transmission or Transaxle Repairs requiring disassembly
• Clutch Components and assembly repairs
• Drive Axle/Differential Assembly Repairs requiring removal or disassembly
• Body, Paint, and Molding Repairs
• Commercial Vehicles
• Preventive Maintenance Services
• Normal Wear and Tear
• Used or Salvaged Parts
• Batteries and Tires
• Performance Parts and Accessories

Limitations:

At Brown's AutoCare Inc. in Manassas Park, VA, we offer a 2-year/24,000-mile warranty on qualifying repairs, limited to the dollar amount of the original repair. As a TechNet Professional Service Center, you get coverage at over 15,000 locations across North America. Please note that certain vehicle types, such as motor homes, ambulances, buses, tow trucks, off-highway vehicles, and vehicles with over one-ton capacity, may have limited or no warranty coverage.

Claim Process:

For warranty service, we recommend returning to Brown's AutoCare Inc. in Manassas Park, VA, whenever possible. If you’re more than 25 miles away, contact the TechNet National Warranty Administrator at (866) 588-0728 to locate the nearest TechNet service center.



Please remember to obtain prior authorization before any repairs at another facility. Repairs performed without authorization will not be eligible for reimbursement.

Program Coverage

Our Roadside Assistance provides comprehensive support, including towing, lock-out help, flat tire service, fluid delivery, and battery jump starts. To qualify, simply present an invoice from a TechNet Professional Service Center like Brown's AutoCare Inc. in Manassas Park, VA. You’ll receive up to $150 reimbursement per eligible incident, valid for 365 days from your service date.
